Our mission

We aim to provide a quality service and exceed our customers' expectations, whilst maintaining a pleasant working environment for our employees. This is based on four foundational values: honesty, reliability, the development of specialist skills and building customer relationships. Certification to the internationally recognised standards for quality (ISO 9001), the environment (ISO 14001) and data security (ISO 27001) is central to the way we operate:

  • We will work to continually improve the company's performance and associated management systems, to meet, satisfy and delight our customers.

Account managers

Our account managers work for you

Our project management skills are built on a commitment to your needs, an understanding of the project, familiarity with the relevant processes, and the ability to keep everything running in harmony.

These are the skills of Ciconi's account managers. Working together in our Customer Services Department, they are the 'go to' people when you want some action or information. In fact, their role is to anticipate your needs for information and action, tell you how everything is going, and seek your guidance when there's a decision to be made.

We will name an account manager to work with you all the way through each project, from initial quote to final sign-off. This person will monitor and coordinate all our services, taking the time to understand your needs and plan and agree the flow of work. Your account manager will also suggest alternatives, discuss improvements, and offer cost savings for your consideration. Finally the account manager will write a full operational brief and deliver the project on time, on budget, and to your satisfaction.

We keep lines of communication short. Every account manager has discretion to make commitments on our behalf so we can keep things moving. Dynamic progress reports, quality updates and other information are available at every stage. At the end of a project the account manager will provide you with a follow-up report and analysis.
