About us

Ciconi is a family-run design, print and mailing house established in 1989 and located in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. Our ethos is simple: care for one another and always be honest. We have a close team with several employees recently hitting milestones of 20+ and 25+ years working at Ciconi, and we love serving our clients and bringing their campaigns to life. This has kept us thriving and will continue to keep us motivated and looking forward to what will come next.

 

Our exceptional account management team will work with you every step of the way, from initial in-house design creations to print and posting. It is their utmost priority to ensure every client receives service with excellence whilst continually investigating and advising ways to make their print and mailings more cost-effective without sacrificing quality.

As part of our corporate social responsibility strategy, we launched Ciconi Mail®, a charitable donation scheme, in 2021. Ciconi Mail not only allows us to give back to charities that mail with Ciconi but also gives our larger clients the opportunity to select a charity of their choice to receive a donation. Clients mailing lower volumes can take part too. We add these together to make a large donation to a small charity that helps people. A new charity is selected each financial year from recommendations made by our staff and clients.

 

Ciconi is certified to ISO27001 (data security), ISO9001 (quality) and ISO14001 (environment). We also hold Cyber Essentials data certification, conduct monthly PEN tests and request all staff handling data to complete annual data security awareness training. We are also proud to be Partners in Quality with Royal Mail.
