Ciconi is recruiting for two new roles. We are looking for a resourceful and proactive Client Account Manager to join our Customer Services team and an ambitious, driven individual to take up the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.
Client Account Manager
This role consists of providing excellent service levels to clients, suppliers and your work colleagues alike.
You will be responsible for handling mid- to high-value clients, building customer relationships and understanding each client’s specific requirements. You will manage multiple projects, overseeing the project management liaison of several teams and stakeholders including creating design briefs, quote requests and coordinating mailing jobs through the Admin team. You will be the main point of contact for all account matters and queries.
The main functions of this role are:
Arranging regular service review meetings with clients under your management
Persuading clients and prospects to use Ciconi’s extensive services
Following up success rates of mailings and obtaining further mailing schedules
Managing job changes both internally and with clients ensuring clear and precise communication throughout
Communicating clear and precise brief and quote requests into the Admin team
Developing and building relationships with clients
Achieving and exceeding revenue targets
The candidate will have proven experience in account management; they will also have a desire to provide an excellent service and become an integral part of the Ciconi team.
Sales and Marketing Manager
Ciconi is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Manager with proven experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales, a whatever it takes mentality, and a drive to be extraordinary!
As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about Ciconi. You will use your persuasiveness and creativity to attract and convert new business sales. You will develop a deep understanding of the services we offer and know how to attract clients to Ciconi’s "A more excellent way". You will have excellent time management skills with a passion to meet targets and exceed them wherever you can.
The key functions of the role will be developing and implementing new strategies to drive sales and achieve growth targets, seeking competitor advantage and supporting the generation of effective targeted campaigns. You will also work closely with the SMT to understand overall business objectives and reporting performances.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing. They will also have a proven track record of successful B2B marketing and have strong cold calling, negotiation and consultative sales skills.
